4 June: Exploration & Networking Events
12:00 – Lunch at Kansallisali (by invitation only)
We kick off the convention with a lunch for sponsors, organisational leadership, and EUEW members, prepared by Finnish chef Mikko Kaukonen. This is a great opportunity to connect in an informal setting.
18:00 – Welcome Reception at Helsinki City Hall
All EUEW Convention participants will be welcomed by the Mayor of Helsinki in the beautiful City Hall. A personal invitation will be sent to you one month prior.
19:30 – Welcome Reception & Dinner at Valkoinen Sali
The evening continues at the venue Valkoinen Sali, just around the corner from Helsinki City Hall, where participants will gather for a Social Networking Dinner. Enjoy a welcome drink followed by a buffet, once again crafted by Mikko Kaukonen.
5 June: The Convention Day
09:00 – Sessions at Helsinki Congress Paasitorni
The convention begins at the historic Paasitorni, featuring industry speakers and panel discussions that will set the stage for key conversations. A futurologist will discuss the future in uncertain times, followed by the vision of an industry leader for the next five years and an analysis of what this means for the electrical wholesaler sector.
12:30 – Networking Lunch at Paasitorni
Enjoy a meal with fellow participants, providing a great opportunity to exchange ideas and strengthen professional connections.
Afternoon Breakout Sessions
The afternoon will feature interactive breakout sessions focusing on industry challenges and opportunities.
16:35 – End of Formal Programme
A chance to pause and get ready for the evening’s activities.
19:00 – Anniversary Closing Dinner at Pörssitalo
EUEW celebrates its 70th anniversary—a milestone worth celebrating! This year, instead of a gala dinner, we will host an anniversary party. The evening begins with a welcome drink, followed by a three-course dinner at Pörssitalo. After dinner, join us to celebrate 70 years of EUEW in a relaxed and social atmosphere at the bar.
6 June: One-to-One Business Meetings
On Friday, we have set aside time for one-to-one meetings. These 15-minute slots allow you to engage in focused discussions with your business contacts, making networking more productive. Keep an eye on updates in the Brella convention app, as you will need this app to schedule your meetings.
Special Partner Programme
A dedicated partner programme will be available on June 5th, ensuring that accompanying guests also have an interesting and enjoyable experience in Helsinki.
